ratings, it does not verify or guarantee the accuracy, quality, or legality of every offer. Consumers are solely responsible for evaluating offers and performing their own due diligence.

5. User Obligations

• Consumers must provide accurate requests, budgets, and contact information.
• Jewelers must ensure their offers are lawful, accurate, and honest.
• Users must not misuse the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful activity.

6. Payments

The Gems Market does not process payments for jewelry purchases. All financial transactions occur directly between Consumers and Jewelers. The Gems Market is not responsible for refunds, disputes, or chargebacks.
